Andrea Zeman is a Broker Associate, entrepreneur and San Diego native. She launched Andrea Zeman Homes in 2015, with the goal of creating a local real estate experience founded on personalized service, community consciousness and high ethical standards.

Andrea’s focus is on educating buyers and sellers, building highly efficient systems, and above all, adding value to every person she encounters. She has a strong desire to serve and a passion for improving the standard of practice in the real estate industry.

Using her experience as an entrepreneur, Andrea applies creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and innovative marketing ideas to every listing. She also enjoys providing local market knowledge, transparency and a high level of communication to help buyers establish confidence with their purchase decisions.

Offering the analytical mind of an investor and a gift for listening and understanding the emotions involved in buying or selling, Andrea guides her clients into making good investments and securing their financial future. Her goal is to help each person build a real estate portfolio that suits their specific needs and lifestyle.

Outside of real estate Andrea has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego and runs a successful local small business with her husband. She is a passionate philanthropist focused on giving back to her community through client events and charitable partnerships.
